Where do I add the message for my card?
Please add the message to your recipient in the notes section in 'your cart', before you start entering shipping and payment info. If you forget, just email your message to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we notice you've forgotten it, we'll usually email you to check.
What if I'm ordering for more than one person?
As you can only add one shipping address, please include the name, address and message for each separate box in the notes box in 'your cart'. If there are any discrepancies with your order or we're not sure where to send to, we'll email you.
Whose address do I put in 'shipping'?
Enter the name and address of the person you're sending your letterbox gift to in 'shipping', which is the first page of the checkout. Then when you add your card details there'll be a section where you'll add the billing info - this is your own name and address. Please see the question above if you're shipping to more than one address.
Are any of your boxes vegan?
Yes. All our sweets - that's humbugs and lollies - are vegan. Our 70% dark Peruvian chocolate is vegan, too. If you're buying a box and you want to swap the edible element for something vegan, just let us know when you place your order or email us on email@example.com.
Are any of your boxes gluten-free?
The Hershey's Kisses in our Chill Boxes are gluten-free.
Do you stock tea as well as coffee?
We don't currently stock a box with tea, although it is often requested. For that reason we do stock individually-wrapped Clipper tea bags (Earl Grey and English Breakfast) and can swap the coffee in your box for 7 teabags (a week's worth of tea) if you prefer. Just add a note to your order, in the notes box of your cart.
Can I choose individual items in my box?
Yes - please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you'd like, or message us on Instagram or Facebook for a faster reply. We'll work with you to get your box just right, then send you a link to pay via the website.
Do your boxes fit through the letterbox?
We use different sized boxes according to the contents of your box. All our boxes are designed to fit Royal Mail Large Letter size, so they'll fit through some letterboxes, but not all of them. If not, your postie will give your recipient's door a knock.
Are your boxes tracked?
No - we ship via Royal Mail first class UK post, which means our boxes aren't tracked. If you have an urgent order please email us and we'll try our best to help.
I placed an order but forgot to add the name and address of my recipient. Help!
Just email us at email@example.com, quoting your order number, and we'll fix the issue.

Just email us, quoting your order number, and we'll add your message. If we spot you've missed this off we'll always try emailing you before we ship your order, and if we don't hear from you within 24 hours we'll ship your a box with 'love from [your name]' in the card so as not to delay your order.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason your recipient is not happy with their box, please email us and we'll do everything we can to fix it. If they'd like a return, please ask them to return all items in original packaging within 28 days of receipt and we'll issue you a refund, minus the cost of postage.
What if my item doesn't turn up?
We're really sorry if your item hasn't arrived. Please allow extra time for postal delays due to Covid-19 and if the item is still missing, email us with all your order info and we'll look into it for you.
How long do your boxes take to arrive?
First Class post usually arrives within around 2 working days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email, although this is down to Royal Mail. Any orders placed after 2pm will be posted the following working day.
Can I send outside of the UK?
We currently deliver to the UK and Ireland only.
